Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company, seeks Tech I/II for its Clayton, NC facility. You will set up and operate fill equipment in a high-volume aseptic environment, ensuring sterility and compliance with safety rules.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, cleaning, and real-time documentation during production runs. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preference for an Associate/Bachelor’s degree or Bioworks Certification and at least one year of regulated industry

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of regulated industry (FDA, USDA, NRC) experience or higher education (Assoc./Bac./Bioworks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fill equipment in aseptic environment.
• Perform cleaning and labeling per SOPs in aseptic facilities.
• Maintain real-time documentation and logs during production runs.
• Operate supporting equipment (rinser/tunnel, lyophilization, etc.).
• Monitor and control computer systems (SCADA/Andover).
