Job summary

Zoetis in Lincoln, NE is seeking a manufacturing associate to aseptically load and unload vial sizes for lyophilization, run start‑up/shutdown, and participate in on‑call rotation. The role includes assisting with aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping, while ensuring process documentation meets GMP/USDA standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic mechanical skills, with teamwork, good communication, and adaptability to shift work and required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Aseptically load and unload vial sizes for lyophilization.
• Perform start-up and shutdown duties for lyophilizers.
• Join on-call rotation for lyophilization duties.
• Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization and capping.
• Monitor processes and report anomalies.
• Document procedures accurately in GMP/USDA environments.
• Operate in compliance with SOPs and batch records.
