Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the Clayton, NC site to fill insulin and media under aseptic conditions and to operate inspection equipment to meet production goals.

The role reports to the Shift Manager and requires a High School Diploma and manufacturing experience; aseptic and FDA-regulated environment knowledge is preferred. Benefits include strong pay, holidays, and 401K, with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months manufacturing experience (waived with military experience, BioWorks/BioBlend cert, or Novo Nordisk contractor with 3 months demonstrated performance).
• Experience in an FDA regulated environment preferred.
• Aseptic processing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write & understand complex product documentation and SOPs with attention to detail.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and control equipment used for vial/cartridge filling.
• Achieve production goals and maintain aseptic areas.
• Perform sanitizations and environmental monitoring.
• Record production data and review documents.
• Assist during equipment maintenance and restoration of function.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements.
