Job summary

Fagron US in Wichita is seeking a Cleanroom Fill Lead to oversee operations in the cleanroom and perform technician duties, ensuring all records meet GMP and SOP requirements. You will coordinate technicians, manage scheduling, inventory, sterile product preparation, and environmental monitoring, while training staff and developing SOPs to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervising or coordinating a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; no chemical allergies.
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments and aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate techs to ensure adherence to manufacturing schedule.
• Ensure scheduled cleanings in the cleanroom are performed as required.
• Maintain proper inventory control in the cleanroom.
• Prepare sterile products per batch records.
• Perform environmental monitoring in the cleanroom as needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is within calibration.
• Inform supervisors of problems that may arise.
• Stock the cleanroom with supplies and chemicals.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs in the cleanroom.
