Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to learn and perform a range of GMP-compliant manufacturing tasks under supervision, including aseptic handling, formulation, filling, and lyophilization.

You will work in cleanrooms and with MBRs, prepare equipment, document batch records, follow SOPs, and support cross-functional teams while upholding PCI safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to weigh and measure raw materials and operate basic benchtop instruments
• Able to follow written instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude
• Self-starter, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work any shift as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic filling and labeling under sterile and non-sterile conditions
• Prepare solutions, aseptic filling, and labeling of vials
• Operate and maintain equipment including autoclaves, vial washers and lyophilizers
• Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling equipment in cleanrooms
• Complete batch records and logbooks accurately and on time
• Adhere to SOPs, MBRs, and safety guidelines
• Escalate deviations and participate in investigations
