Qualifications

• 0–2 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing (pharma/medical device).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to weigh and measure raw materials and operate basic benchtop instruments.
• Able to follow written instructions; seeks help with complex tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and solid mechanical aptitude.
• Complies with PCI safety and ethical standards and acts with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe work habits and complies with PCI safety procedures.
• Demonstrates aseptic techniques.
• Prepares solutions, aseptic filling, and labeling under sterile and non-sterile conditions.
• Operates aseptic filling and lyophilizer equipment in cleanroom environments.
• Performs COP, CIP, and SIP operations for equipment preparation.
• Completes and maintains documentation (logbooks, batch records).
• Reviews SOPs and production batch records as required.
• Participates in media fill/aseptic proficiency tests.
