Job summary

Hertz is seeking Certified Automotive Technicians to service vehicles in the United States. Base pay is $22.00/hr, plus incentives and a $3,000 bonus paid in two installments, enhancing total compensation potential.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma (Trade School preferred), ASE certification (A1-A8), and at least 3 years of vehicle maintenance experience. Tools and a valid driver’s license are required to perform repairs and collaborate in a team-focused shop.

Bonus: $3000 ($1500 paid at 6 months and $1500 paid at 12 months)

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional Experience

• At minimum three (3) years of vehicle maintenance experience

Knowledge

• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs without oversight
• Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

Additional Notes

• Must have tools to perform necessary repairs
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
