Hertz in Sacramento is seeking Tire and Lube Technicians who are passionate about servicing vehicles. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, the chance to work with lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and scan tools to keep our fleet safe and road-ready.

Expect an hourly rate of $19.50 plus incentives, overtime eligibility, paid holidays and PTO accruals. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, parental leave and more.

We are looking for Tire and Lube Technicians with a passion to service vehicles. If this is, you and you’re ready for your next destination then you have cruised to the right spot!

What You’ll Get

• The hourly rate is $19.50 + incentives
• Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime)
• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays)

Educational Background
