Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 ASE certifications; ASE Master Technician preferred.
• Automotive technical knowledge with 3+ years experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace; clean vehicles prior to delivery.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing necessary training.
