Job summary

Buick GMC of Beaverton is hiring Lube Technicians to support our busy Beaverton service department. You will perform routine maintenance and repair work on customer vehicles, following Lithia and manufacturer standards, and document results.

Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and maintain an organized workspace with proper tool inventory. No prior experience is required, but you must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 18 years or older.
• No previous automotive experience required; willing to learn.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential.
• Basic automotive knowledge is beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and test drive vehicles to verify repairs.
• Document all work performed and test results on repair orders.
• Maintain organized workspace and inventory of common tools.
• Participate in required training and pursue ASE certifications as directed.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in good condition to customers.
• Adhere to safety, grooming, and uniform standards.
• Communicate with dealership personnel to meet customer needs.
