Job summary

Thornhill CDJR in South Williamson, KY is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles, ensuring safety and highest customer satisfaction. ASE & Ford certified candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, using diagnostic tools, repairing engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems; communicating with customers about repairs; maintaining a clean work area and participating in ongoing training to stay

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
ASE Certification required.
Ford Certification.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer guidelines.
Repair or replace defective parts, such as engines, transmissions, and brakes.
Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle status and necessary repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training sessions.
