Job summary

Hutchinson Auto Group in Forsyth, GA is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong service technician background and ASE certification, and will perform work on repair orders while diagnosing needed repairs.

Responsibilities include testing and diagnosing vehicle systems, communicating with the Service Advisor, and executing repairs to manufacturer specifications. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package including insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and ASE certification required.
• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• B level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C).
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional repairs and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
