Job description

Zia Auto/ ZIa Automotive- NAPA Auto Care Gold & AAA Service Center is looking for an ASE Certified Master Technician to add to our team. We are a large 37‑year‑old NAPA AutoCare Gold‑AAA Service Center with a new state‑of‑the‑art facility featuring 16 bays, 16 lifts, and equipment ready for all new and older cars and trucks, including a new ADAS system and EV hookups. The position offers an 80k–120k salary range with great benefits for the first year and significant growth potential in subsequent years. We seek a candidate with strong diagnostic skills and keen attention to detail. Must be a team player, work well with others, diagnose, list repair recommendations digitally with pictures, and complete repairs to specifications on the most current makes and models of vehicles, both foreign and domestic. The role is expected to complete tasks on time without shortcuts. We provide three service advisors and a parts manager, cover training expenses, reimburse needed ASE updates when passing the tests, and offer many specialty tools, scanners, and a new complete ADAS system. The new location resembles a new‑car service center with plenty of space, a locker room with weights, a cardio system, a separate restroom for techs, a great lunch/training room, and strong fast Wi‑Fi.

We are an Independent car dealer selling all makes and models, repair services, body shops, details, etc.

Responsibilities
