Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Master Certified Technician status required.
• Proven experience in a dealer-level or large facility environment.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary automotive training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on all vehicle systems.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and guiding entry-level technicians.

The Senior Master Service Technician is an expert-level position responsible for performing complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and high-level maintenance on a wide range of vehicles. With a minimum of 10 years of professional automotive experience, this technician is expected to mentor junior team members, ensure repair quality meets or exceeds OEM and dealership standards, and help maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role may also include performing final inspections and pre-delivery service on new vehicles to ensure all systems are in optimal working order before delivery to the customer.
