Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a GSE Mechanic in the Denver area to maintain and repair ground support equipment across our airport operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, welding, parts inventory, and coordination with contract maintenance teams. Required: valid driver’s license, two years of accredited technical training, and ability to read manuals and complete forms.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Two years of accredited technical training.
• Ability to interpret maintenance manuals.
• Ability to complete required forms legibly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Frontier ground equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on Frontier ground equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues to determine repairs.
• Perform complex electrical and mechanical repairs on vehicles and equipment.
• Complete electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Perform welding repairs using MIG, stick, or acetylene welding.
• Order, receive and inventory parts and supplies.
• Fuel and wash ground equipment as needed.
• Identify heavy maintenance needs and report them to management.
• Communicate with contract maintenance personnel as needed to support repairs.
