CarMax is hiring a Mechanical Associate in West Point, VA to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to high standards. You’ll work with a skilled team across domestic and foreign vehicles, contributing to customer satisfaction and confidence.

Join a climate-controlled, modern facility with ongoing training and advancement opportunities. A new hire bonus up to $5,000 is available based on experience, and the hourly rate ranges from $24.70 to $41.94.

Formación

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Maintain ASE Certifications per state requirements.
