Job summary

Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers in Missouri is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians. ASE certified or substantial hands-on shop experience is preferred. The role features a flag-rate pay structure from $20.00 to $45.00 per hour, with guaranteed weekly hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications OR 5+ years of automotive technician experience in a professional shop.
• Missouri State Inspector License OR ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and automotive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, vehicle inspections, steering and suspension work, oil changes, tune-ups, and general automotive maintenance.
• Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine repair issues. Maintain service documentation.
