Tempe Honda, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

We welcome 3+ years of dealership experience and strong knowledge of automotive systems and tools. ASE Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Contribute to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Clearly communicate technical information to Service Advisors.
• Follow manufacturer quality and safety standards in all tasks.
