Qualifications

• Hands-on engine/drive train repairs experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
• Strong adherence to health and safety standards.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop.
• ASE certifications preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet CarMax quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a team to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Gain hands-on experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with EH&S requirements.
• Follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.
