You will assist teachers with individuals and groups, reinforce classroom material, and provide one-to-one educational support in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related college coursework or Associate Degree.
• Experience with adolescents with behavioral health challenges in a school setting is desirable.
• Ability to support teachers and students in a therapeutic educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom management assistance to the teacher when working with students individually and in class.
• Reinforce material introduced by the teacher to the class.
• Offer educational assistance to students on a one-to-one basis.
• Complete tasks in the classroom related to environment, materials, and operations (grading, researching, phone calls, etc.).
