Job summary

Autism Behavioral Center is hiring an ABA Behavior Technician to support 1–2 individuals with ASD in home and center settings. You will implement behavior plans, collect data daily, and collaborate with your supervisor to ensure protocol fidelity.

Positions include part-time (under 24 hours) and full-time (24–30 hours) with shifts after school, on weekends, and occasional day sessions. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Energetic and organized individuals who can follow behavior plans.
• Able to work with individuals with ASD and be timely and responsible.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with 1–2 individuals with ASD 1:1 in home or center.
• Implement behavior plans as directed by supervisor and collect data daily.
• Engage in front-line ABA activities and contribute to team goals.
