Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field with 0-1 year experience.
• Must have ASCP BOC certification or registry eligible with certification within 12 months.
• Ability to perform routine and specialized lab tests with quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specimens and perform routine and specialized laboratory tests.
• Conduct quality control and troubleshoot QC errors and instrument issues.
• Maintain instruments and perform preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assist training of laboratory personnel and participate in continuing education.
