Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops new business while maintaining and servicing existing clients for their financing needs.

Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, offers financing solutions for business equipment and technology, serving clients from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. We aim to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers’ businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling and referrals to meet production goals
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate value
  • Communicate product information, policies, and procedures to clients
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales deals
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted timely
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet monthly sales quotas consistently
  • Develop new business and nurture existing relationships
  • Prepare and present customized solutions to clients
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms as appropriate
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of all product offerings

This role requires tracking time and is eligible for overtime under the FLSA. It is also incentive eligible.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
Preferences
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • One year of experience in commercial, small business, or equipment financing sales
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools

Compensation includes base salary and variable incentives, with total earning potential of $40,000 - $150,000. Candidates for remote roles should have 3-4 years of experience in equipment financing/leasing.
