Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops new business and maintains client relationships to meet their financing needs. As a division of Regions Bank, we provide accessible financing solutions for various industries, including technology, healthcare, and hospitality, serving organizations from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling and referrals to meet sales targets
  • Conduct phone meetings with prospects to present products and tailor solutions
  • Communicate product information and company policies to clients
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and industry trends
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of client paperwork
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Develop and sustain business relationships
  • Present customized solutions to clients
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms as needed
  • Effectively communicate product benefits to clients

This role involves tracking time and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. It offers incentive compensation, with total earning potential ranging from $40,000 to over $150,000 annually.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production

  • At least 1 year of experience in equipment financing or related sales
