Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license is required.
• 5+ years in progressive healthcare leadership roles.
• ASC or surgical center leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build and lead clinical teams.
• Experience launching new programs or service lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the ASC.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resources.
• Partner with physicians to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Lead performance management and ongoing staff development.
• Support growth through new programs and service lines.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality goals.
