Job summary

Insight is seeking a Business Associate to support daily administrative, operational, financial, and regulatory functions at the Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role serves as a liaison between clinical staff, physicians, patients, vendors, and corporate departments to ensure efficient operations and exceptional patient service.

The position focuses on business office functions, revenue cycle oversight, physician relations, quality initiatives, staffing coordination, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare, ambulatory surgery center, medical practice, hospital, or healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and healthcare regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily ASC operations.
• Monitor schedules, staffing, patient flow, and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Support revenue cycle oversight, billing, coding, and reimbursement opportunities.
• Assist with policy development, compliance monitoring, and audits as needed.
• Promote exceptional customer service for patients, families, physicians, and staff.
