You will report to the ASC Administrator, collaborating closely to achieve our shared goals.

You're the Ideal Candidate if You:

• Licensed Registered Nurse
• Bring 8 years of nursing experience ideally in OR or PreOp/PACU
• 3 years of Nursing Management experience
• Have a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and accreditation standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building successful teams.
• Developed and executed quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia or eligible to obtain
• Nursing Degree
• 8 years nursing experience
• 3 years of management experience ideally in an ASC setting
• Plan, organize, direct and evaluate activities of clinical and business operations of the facility
• Knowledge of surgical workflow
• Ability to engage and collaborate with all levels from C-Suite to staff
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
