Job Details

Nurse Manager, Behavioral Health (Psych)

• Reports to the Director of Behavioral Health
• Oversees nearly 100 employees, including RNs and Techs across multiple inpatient & outpatient sites
• The Nurse Manager will lead and drive crisis intervention in the emergency department, escalation, stabilization, restraints expert, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

• BSN Degree
• Master's preferred
• Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years progressive management experience in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Psych or related speciality
• Experience with Pediatric / Adolescent Psych patients preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and train staff
• BLS Certified
• Certified Psychiatric Nurse preferred
• Active GA RN license or ability to gain licensure
