Job summary

Twin Cities Pain Clinic is seeking an ASC Nurse Manager to lead the clinic's ambulatory surgery center in Minnesota. You will oversee clinical and administrative staff, ensure patient safety, and maintain regulatory readiness while driving quality and efficiency.

The role requires RN leadership, 5+ years of perioperative experience and 1+ year of management. A strong team culture and commitment to exceptional patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• Active MN RN license required.
• BCLS and ACLS certified.
• At least five years of RN experience, preferably in ambulatory surgery or perioperative environment.
• 1+ years prior management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Attends professional staff meetings, prepares agenda, gathers data for review and minutes.
• Reviews, revises, and updates Policy and Procedure Manuals regularly.
• Provides day-to-day leadership for clinical/administrative staff; coaching and feedback.
• Maintains survey readiness and ensures regulatory, accreditation, infection prevention, and patient safety requirements are met.
• Ensures facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; coordinates with review agencies.
• Manages staffing schedules and adjusts coverage based on patient volume and operational needs.
• Provides resources for nursing staff education; supervises records and reporting.
