Responsibilities

• Maintain facility inventory management to support safe patient care.
• Receive and distribute supplies, floor stock, office items, and rental equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels and remove excess stock.
• Ensure receipts have PO numbers and are authorized; check incoming shipments for damage.
• Follow vendor contracts and property management policies.
• Monitor waste and linen flows; coordinate with environmental services.
• Provide accurate records and reports; inform departments of shortages or back-orders.
• Communicate with vendors and teammates as a liaison for supplies.
