Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Radiology Tech/Procedure Care Tech to provide direct patient care in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting. You will enter intake data and orders into the EMR, manage records, and support patient flow while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

You will operate fluoroscopy equipment, position patients, and assist physicians with procedures, ensuring safety, accuracy, and high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of general fluoroscopy experience.
• Must possess current fluoroscopic certification/license.
• Must have knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, clinical staff, other co-workers and the public.
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Request medical records and manage necessary documentation.
• Operate fluoroscopy equipment and set exposure factors.
• Position patient and equipment to obtain optimum views.
• Maintain sterile field and prepare procedure room.
• Assist physicians in more complex procedures.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Train Radiology Techs and Procedure Care Tech staff on fluoroscopy responsibilities.
• Support patient flow and accurate scheduling.
