Paycom is seeking a Director, ASC (RN) in Sun City, AZ to lead the ambulatory surgery center's administrative, clinical, and operational functions. You will partner with leadership to ensure safe patient care, regulatory compliance, staffing efficiency, and fiscal responsibility.

The role requires a BSN with an active AZ RN license, CPR/ACLS, and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in an ASC or large physician practice.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona (active)
• BSN is required; MSN preferred
• CPR and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/management role with fiscal responsibilities
• Experience in ASC or large physician practice preferred
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding; familiarity with managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate patient care across departments
• Strong communication and collaboration with physicians and administrative staff

• Plan, organize, and direct ASC administrative, clinical, nursing, and support functions.
• Oversee daily operations for efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
• Lead staffing decisions to meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
• Drive budgeting, financial performance, and cost-containment initiatives.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of nursing and admin staff.
• Ensure environment of care, patient safety, and compliance with laws and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate care planning, scheduling, and interdepartmental communication.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and quality metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
