St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield is seeking an ASC Administrator to provide executive leadership and full operational accountability for the Surgery Center of Chesterfield.

This role drives financial stabilization, clinical quality, and strategic growth, reporting to the System Chief Nursing and Quality Executive and the ASC Board. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business, with a Master’s preferred; MO RN licensure; 5+ years healthcare mgmt and

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business administration required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years management experience in the health care industry and minimum 3 years of management experience in a hospital or ambulatory surgery center.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and full operational accountability for the Surgery Center of Chesterfield.
• Drive financial stabilization, operational transformation, clinical quality, and strategic growth.
• Report to the System Chief Nursing and Quality Executive and ASC Board of Managers; oversee P&L ownership and workforce stability.
• Diagnose structural problems quickly, build the right team, and execute turnaround plans with urgency and precision.
