The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Asbestos Defense and Mass Tort Litigation, handling complex civil cases related to asbestos and toxic torts while providing expert legal advice throughout the litigation process.

The attorney will conduct research, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in court, collaborating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut license required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Defense Asbestos & Mass Tort Litigation.
• Experience handling civil litigation related to asbestos/toxic torts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
