Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Asbestos Supervisor (No Per Diem) Must be licensed and have 3--5 yeas experiebce in the Asbestos field. Lead critical asbestos abatement projects with expertise, precision, and safety at the forefront. In this role, you will oversee asbestos removal operations, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations while managing a skilled team of technicians. Your leadership will drive successful project execution, uphold industry standards, and promote a safe working environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your supervisory skills in a specialized environmental health and safety setting, making a tangible impact on community health and safety. Duties Supervise asbestos removal projects, ensuring all work complies with federal, state, and local safety regulations and industry standards. Lead and coordinate a team of asbestos technicians, providing clear instructions, training, and support to maximize efficiency and safety. Conduct site inspections to assess hazards, monitor work progress, and verify proper containment and disposal procedures are followed. Ensure all personnel are equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, including safety reports, inspection logs, and compliance records. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project requirements are met seamlessly. Promote a culture of safety awareness through ongoing training sessions and team briefings focused on asbestos handling best practices. Experience Proven supervisory experience in industrial cleaning or environmental remediation projects, specifically involving asbestos abatement or hazardous material removal. Valid licensed asbestos supervisor certification (No Per Diem), with comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations related to asbestos handling and disposal. Strong background in cleaning & sanitation management, including industrial cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality housekeeping management. Demonstrated leadership skills in team supervision and staff management within fast-paced or regulated environments. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate teams effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service. Experience with sanitation procedures, custodial operations, laundry services or related fields that emphasize safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
