Sunstall Inc. in Anaheim, California, seeks a motivated Asbestos Supervisor to lead field teams in delivering safe, high-quality asbestos abatement services from start to finish. You will oversee projects, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and mentor technicians throughout the process.

Strong leadership, safety culture, and clear communication are essential as you manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations while maintaining strict PPE and equipment standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in asbestos abatement or environmental remediation.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos removal procedures, containment methods, and safety requirements.
• Current Asbestos Supervisor certification/license (as required by state).
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support asbestos technicians on jobsites.
• Manage asbestos abatement, containment, and remediation projects.
• Ensure all work is completed according to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company procedures.
• Monitor job progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Perform site inspections and quality control checks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Document job details, including daily reports, project photos, and required compliance documentation.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and PPE.
• Enforces safety protocols and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable asbestos regulations.
• Train and mentor team members to support growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Superviseandsupportasbestostechniciansonjobsites.

Manageasbestosabatement,containment,andremediationprojects.

Ensureallworkiscompletedaccordingtofederal,state,andlocalregulations,aswellascompanyprocedures.

Monitorjobprogress,timelines,andbudgets.

Performsiteinspectionsandqualitycontrolchecks.

Communicateeffectivelywithclients,projectmanagers,consultants,andinternalteams.

Documentjobdetails,includingdailyreports,projectphotos,andrequiredcompliancedocumentationEnsureproperuseandmaintenanceofequipmentandpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)

EnforcesafetyprotocolsandcompliancewithOSHA,EPA,andapplicableasbestosregulations.

Trainandmentorteammemberstosupportgrowthanddevelopment.

Qualifications:
