A prominent NYC litigation firm with offices in NYC and Long Island seeks an asbestos litigation associate to handle the day-to-day management of an asbestos defense litigation caseload. Job responsibilities will include:

1. Depositions
2. Court appearances
3. Drafting of client reports
4. Motion practice
5. Meeting with experts

The ideal candidate will have received a J.D. from an accredited law school with 1-4 years of experience in civil defense litigation - mass tort/asbestos litigation experience is a plus.
