The Asbestos IntakeParalegal provides essential administrative support to the firm’s asbestos practice and intake team. This role supports the intake process by coordinating documentation, maintaining accurate case records, and assisting with client communications and case tracking. The position helps ensure that potential client inquiries and case materials are processed efficiently and in accordance with firm procedures.
This role is fully on site in our Manhattan office and reports directly to the Intake Manager. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, highly organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information while working in a fast-paced legal environment.
SalaryRange:$22-$25 per hour
The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
