Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP is seeking an experienced Asbestos Paralegal for our Midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in asbestos litigation as a paralegal or substantial Personal Injury paralegal experience and will work full-time in the office.
You will assist with complaints, motions, discovery, client communications, and case management, using Smart Advocate and MS Office. Knowledge of asbestos regulations is a plus. This position is in-person, five days a week.

We are looking for an experienced Asbestos Paralegal to join our Midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of prior Asbestos Litigation experience though an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal will also be considered. This position is full-time and will be based in the office 5x per week.
The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
