Job Summary

The Asana Program Manager leads the strategic use, adoption, and optimization of Asana as the enterprise workforce management and collaboration platform, overseeing platform governance, user enablement, data insights, and continuous improvement to ensure operational alignment and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Core Duties

  • Serve as primary Asana administrator, overseeing governance, permissions, and organizational standards.
  • Design and implement user education programs to support effective onboarding and adoption.
  • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to enhance strategic alignment and decision-making.
  • Lead feedback loops for continuous platform improvement and user experience.
  • Maintain awareness of new Asana features and industry best practices to enhance platform use.

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain system governance, templates, and standards that promote efficient and scalable usage across teams.
  • Partner with Asana’s customer success and technical support teams as needed.
  • Develop engaging guides, live workshops, and asynchronous learning tools tailored to different user roles and experience levels.
  • Act as a go-to expert and internal consultant for departments seeking to optimize project workflows.
  • Translate Asana data into actionable insights to improve productivity, planning, and decision-making.
  • Monitor system usage to ensure high adoption and identify areas for improvement or intervention.
  • Stay current with Asana feature releases and evolving industry best practices to continuously elevate CMN Hospitals’ use of the platform.
  • Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration through effective use of Asana.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of direct experience as an Asana administrator, coordinator, or program manager.

• Demonstrated experience managing system governance, workflows, user engagement, and reporting.

• Proven ability to educate, coach, and support a diverse range of users.

• Familiarity with strategic planning and performance management preferred.

***This role is eligible for remote work. Candidates located in Utah may be given preference due to periodic in-person meetings and collaboration opportunities at our Salt Lake City headquarters.

Job Location: This role is eligible to be a remote position but employment is only available to individuals living in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. Currently, we limit eligible states for new remote positions to those where we already have established operations.
