Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university (CACREP accreditation required for counseling programs).

• Licensed independent level provider (LCSW/LHMC/LPC/LMFT) or PhD Clinical/Counseling Psychologist with license.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred adolescents and families.
• Develop individualized service plans with goals, methods, and techniques.
• Provide individual and/or group counseling, and/or family counseling as needed.
