Job summary

Elitez India is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance ERP systems within a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes ERP application support, SQL reporting, and IBM i/AS400 proficiency, with preference for Infor LX/BPCS familiarity.

You will assist end users, troubleshoot issues, develop SQL reports, and support ERP installations, patches, and testing. Collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or 5+ years ERP experience.
• Experience supporting ERP systems and business applications.
• Experience with SQL for reporting, data analysis, and data validation.
• Experience with IBM i / AS400 / iSeries environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP-related user support, handle questions, issues, and requests.
• Troubleshoot ERP and business application issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop ad hoc and special reports using SQL.
• Extract, analyze, and validate ERP data.
• Support ERP installations, configurations, patches, upgrades, testing, and change management.
• Collaborate with software vendors and external resources to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain business forms using Compleo.
• Maintain and refresh software test environments.
• Support data imports/exports, including BOMs, pricing, and other key data.
• Maintain Webtop analytical dashboards and views.
• Create and maintain IDF objects, views, subsets, and sorts.
• Troubleshoot and maintain LX and Touchpath databases.
• Create and monitor Robot scheduled jobs and report distribution.
• Manage user profiles, credentials, authentication, and application security.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, scripts, and records.
