The candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain AS400 applications, with hands‑on RPG, RPGLE, CL, and SQLRPGLE expertise, and will support production environments. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, coding, debugging, and working with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable AS400 solutions, while adhering to release processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IBM AS400 / iSeries development and maintenance.
• Strong hands‑on experience in RPG, RPGLE, CL, CLLE, ILE, and Free Format RPG.
• Good knowledge of DB2/400, SQL/400, DDS, physical/logical files, and stored procedures.
• Experience in incident management, problem management, and production support.
• Familiarity with job scheduling, batch processing, and AS400 utilities.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
