Circle of Life Hospice is seeking a contract physician to provide weekend and holiday coverage, including rounds on inpatient units and admission assessments at locations in Bentonville and Springdale, Arkansas.

The physician will deliver medical expertise in hospice care, manage disease and pain, educate staff and patients, and work with the hospice team to ensure high-quality interdisciplinary care.

Formación

• Experience in care of terminally ill patients.
• Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Round on patients in inpatient units during coverage.
• See new admits during coverage of inpatient units.
• Provide medical care and disease/pain management for hospice patients.
• Educate patients and families about hospice care.
• Guide hospice NP or nurse as they provide direct patient care.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
