The University of Maryland, College Park's Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center is seeking a Manager, Artistic Administration to support the Clarice Presents program. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Experience in performing arts management or presenting/producing organizations preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, contract administration, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support contracting, budgeting, communications and scheduling of daily operations for Clarice Presents.
• Coordinate between Clarice Presents, Marketing/Communications, Guest Experience, Production, and Finance to ensure timely information exchange.
• Plan and administer departmental activities, ensuring accurate schedules and deliverables.
