Job summary

OZ Arts Nashville seeks a meticulous Manager of Operations and Program Logistics to support day-to-day operations, facility management, and artistic programming. You will coordinate artist schedules, travel, housing, and hospitality while liaising with the Production department to ensure technical aspects are on track.

You will also handle financial reconciliations, vendor management, and development support, contributing to outreach, exhibitions, and private rental events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in arts operations, programming logistics, or related field.
• Experience with live performances and venue operations.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide general operations support and office management.
• Coordinate artist schedules, travel, housing, and hospitality for performances.
• Oversee logistics for productions, events, and private rentals.
• Coordinate programming calendars, budgets, and logistics with Production team.
• Liaise with finance for invoices and vendor relationships.
• Support PR and fundraising event activities and donor relations.
• Maintain inventory and assist with IT and AV support as needed.
