Job summary

The Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA) is seeking a creative, outgoing individual for a full-time marketing support role. You will assist the marketing team with digital initiatives and the creation and project management of a range of digital content (video, photos, copy).

Qualifications

• Bachelor0 degree preferred in communications, English, Marketing, Theatre or Arts Administration.
• 1-3 years related experience or equivalent education/training.
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok as marketing tools.
• Passion for the arts and culture a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with email communications.
• Manage CAAs social media channels including monitoring activity, customer service, collaborations, and producing content and promotions.
• Support Digital Marketing Manager and Photographer/Videographer with a content calendar for social media, website, and internal media.
• Support project management and interdepartmental communication to meet deadlines and move projects forward.
• Assist with video production, script writing, and coordinating shoots.
