Job summary

NJ Performing Arts seeks a Manager of Residencies & School Partnerships to renew and grow school partnerships, match schools with Teaching Artists, and guide residencies from first conversation to culminating performance.

You will manage TA recruitment, scheduling, contracts, and data in Salesforce, collaborate with Sales and Outreach, and build lasting programs across Newark and New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in arts education program management.
• Experience working in or with schools; familiarity with scheduling and budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in the arts, arts education, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, matching and assignment of teaching artists to residencies.
• Maintain TA site communications and resolve scheduling issues.
• Prepare letters of agreement, school contracts and onboarding materials within SOP timelines.
• Renew and expand partnerships with schools and districts.
