Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Education or related field with total 9 years education/experience.
• Tennessee teaching license with Administrative Certification.
• At least four years as a classroom teacher.
• Proficiency with video, word processing, databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, monitoring and implementation of curriculum to meet system needs.
• Design and disseminate instructional strategies to enhance instruction.
• Coordinate professional growth activities and new-teacher orientation.
• Disaggregate student data and support data-driven instruction.
• Prepare reports and assist with program goals and evaluation.
