Job summary

The Cabaret is seeking an Associate Artistic & Education Director to lead artistic programming, education initiatives, and community engagement. This senior role partners with the Artistic Director to shape the organization’s artistic vision while overseeing The Cabaret Conservatory and related programs.

The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years in artistic programming or arts education leadership, a passion for nurturing artists, and strong skills in partnerships, budgeting, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in Arts Administration, Performing Arts, Education, Nonprofit Management, or related field (Required).
• 7-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in artistic programming, arts administration, producing, talent booking, arts education leadership, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and multi-year artistic programming in collaboration with the Artistic Director & CEO.
• Lead The Cabaret Conservatory and educational initiatives with focus on excellence, engagement, and impact.
• Oversee digital artistic programming and coordinate content workflows across platforms.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with schools, arts organizations, and community groups.
• Manage artist engagement, contracts, budgets, and administrative processes to ensure compliance.
